Duke Welcomes New Chancellor for Health Affairs

Victor J. Dzau, MD, who will take over the reigns of Duke University Medical Center as its new chancellor for health affairs on July 1, 2004, is ready to become part of the Duke community and use his skills to help sustain and expand upon Duke’s excellence.
