Life Flight Opens Helistop on Roof of Duke Hospital

Not many folks get to go to work on the roof of Duke University Hospital (DUH). But Captain Pete Verrault is one of them. He’s flown helicopters for Duke Life Flight for more than 12 years, and since Nov. 9, he’s been spending a fair amount of time coming and going from the new Life Flight helistop nine floors above ground level of DUH.
