Why Diversity At The Top Makes A Difference For Everyone

For any organization, Gwynn Swinson would be quite a catch. Well-educated, well-respected, and driven to make a difference, she has capably served in a series of demanding roles, including associate dean at the Duke Law School, assistant attorney general of the N.C.
