2005 Work Culture
Survey Results Show More Progress

The best way to find out how employees feel about working at Duke University Health System (DUHS) is to ask.

That was the intent behind the 2005 Work Culture Survey, and a record number of DUHS employees (72 percent) responded. And according to the collective voice of more than 7,200 employees, DUHS is continuing to make sustained progress toward its desired work culture.
