Duke Hospice Celebrates 25 Years
Duke Hospice staff, patients and families create long-lasting bonds that don’t end with death.

For 25 years, Duke Community Hospice Services (formally Triangle Hospice) has been providing quality care to terminally ill patients and their loved ones.

Founded in November 1979 by a group of volunteers dedicated to the care of terminally ill patients, the Hospice staff has made a difference to thousands of patients and their families. Though the time the staff spends with patients may be fleeting, the bonds created are long and enduring....
